These Stinar towable aircraft passenger steps are a parallelogram passenger boarding stairway. Stairway height adjustment is made by means of a hydraulic power pack powered by a Honda Gasoline motor. Stability is provided by two screw jack stabilizers, located on either side of the frame. a 12 volt battery provides power for illuminating the stairs and platform. A 120 VAC battery charger is included with this unit. The unit also has forklift pockets so can be moved by forklift if required.

The platform floor and steps are constructed of aluminum diamond plate. Modesty panels are constructed of aluminum, with stainless steel handrails. A detachable towbar folds back onto the chassis. A rubber bumper is located on the front of the platform to protect the aircraft. The stairs have been freshly painted.
